Meet the Team
Bill is a third generation builder with the love of construction in his blood. He has been involved in every aspect of home construction from design to mill work install and loves the process of creating a new home unique to the buyer’s desires and needs. In business for over 35 years, he has seen the evolution of the construction methods and the changing of the market, and Bill is working to continually improve the construction processes. Bill loves the outdoors, gardening, hiking, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Anthony and his wife Ashley have three children and three dogs. They have a love for travel, art, and philanthropy—with Ashley volunteering at Annie Wright School, and Anthony serving on the board of The Children’s Museum in Tacoma.
Mike Clow is the Estimator & Production Manager here at Signature. He has worn many hats starting as a general laborer and progressing to Project Manager before coming into the office to oversee pricing, subcontractor selections and bid acceptances for all of the jobs.

Wade has been in the construction industry over twenty years. He manages the custom home construction from start to finish.
“I work at Signature Custom Homes because every night I go home with a clear conscience. The goals and climate here is to build the best home possible and never sacrifice quality over money. My favorite part about working with this company is that we do not build the same home twice. Building new and unique homes requires a high skill level to problem solve. I get to collaborate with the Bill, Anthony and the other superintendents on solving these problems.”
Wade has been married for sixteen years to his wife Michelle. They have a 13-year-old son, Christopher. When not on the job site, Wade spends his free time with his family and coaching a youth wrestling team.
Brad is one of our project managers here at Signature Custom Homes. An area that Brad prides himself in is the cleanliness of his projects. Being diligent in this way allows for a safe and efficient work environment. Brad enjoys overseeing a team, and he will also step in to help if needed.
