Bill is a third generation builder with the love of construction in his blood. He has been involved in every aspect of home construction from design to mill work install and loves the process of creating a new home unique to the buyer’s desires and needs. In business for over 35 years, he has seen the evolution of the construction methods and the changing of the market, and Bill is working to continually improve the construction processes. Bill loves the outdoors, gardening, hiking, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Becky’s primary duties with Signature Custom Homes are managing accounting and client coordination. She has worked with her husband Bill in the business since 1981.
“I love the building process, especially the creativity of building.”
Away from the business, Becky loves spending time with her eight grandchildren. She enjoys cooking (especially baking), gardening, and traveling. She also serves at Peace Lutheran Church in Covington as the Treasurer and Bible Study Leader.

Continuing the legacy into the fourth generation, Anthony has grown up on job sites and touring parade homes. He has learned about building and architecture from a “ground up” perspective—instilling an appreciation for every aspect of construction.
Anthony and his wife Ashley have three children and three dogs. They have a love for travel, art, and philanthropy—with Ashley volunteering at Annie Wright School, and Anthony serving on the board of The Children’s Museum in Tacoma.
Mike Clow

Mike Clow is the Estimator & Production Manager here at Signature. He has worn many hats starting as a general laborer and progressing to Project Manager before coming into the office to oversee pricing, subcontractor selections and bid acceptances for all of the jobs.
Mike enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family. He and his wife, Jen have 3 sons, whose activities keep them plenty busy.
Wade Bowen

Wade has been in the construction industry over twenty years. He manages the custom home construction from start to finish.
“I work at Signature Custom Homes because every night I go home with a clear conscience. The goals and climate here is to build the best home possible and never sacrifice quality over money. My favorite part about working with this company is that we do not build the same home twice. Building new and unique homes requires a high skill level to problem solve. I get to collaborate with the Bill, Anthony and the other superintendents on solving these problems.”
Wade has been married for sixteen years to his wife Michelle. They have a 13-year-old son, Christopher. When not on the job site, Wade spends his free time with his family and coaching a youth wrestling team.

Brad is one of our project managers here at Signature Custom Homes. An area that Brad prides himself in is the cleanliness of his projects. Being diligent in this way allows for a safe and efficient work environment. Brad enjoys overseeing a team, and he will also step in to help if needed.
When he is not working on his jobs, Brad enjoys going to the gym, hunting and spending time with his family.
Madeline (Maddy) Hines

The first person you normally talk to when you call Signature Custom Homes is Maddy. She handles many of the front office duties, assists with accounting and design work, and helps to coordinate company events.
“I love to work here because I enjoy the creative and collaborative aspect of my duties. I love to learn and be able to have a multitude of tasks keeping me busy.”
When Maddy is not at the office, she enjoys working out, yoga, music and dancing. In her quieter moments, she reads a lot and spends time with her dog.
Chris Yurkovic

Chris and his wife have recently relocated to Seattle are a from out of state.Along with his family, Chris has also brought around 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
While not at work, Chris enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his friends and family.
“I’m a greater believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it.”
